While he was in Portugal Antonio had lunch every Sunday with his Great-Granpa Janela.

Antonio was overwhelmed when he noticed Great-Granpda has a mouth and chin just like his.

Auntie Andreia gave Antonio this beautiful (and quite regal) chair that incidentally matched his clothes to perfection. She has quite the eye!

Antonio's Holiday Part VI (Dona Nilce)

Dona Nilce took care of Antonio most mornings.

She helped him with his physical therapy exercises and they got along splendidly. They had plans to run away together but these were thwarted by Antonio's parents.

A shame!

Granny Gracinha set up a really nice baby gym next to the garden.

This is where Antonio took his naps and let his hair fall back.

After the long trip, Antonio met his whole family.

There were too many of them and this got him really tired.

The rest of the trip he slept like a baby and was very pleased with the legroom in coach class.

After boarding the plane Antonio was served dinner.
He was very disappointed that this was still his usual liquid diet.

Where were the wonders of international airplane cuisine? Where?
But as far as food is concerned he takes what he can get, so he drank the whole bottle.

Antonio went on a Holiday to Portugal for the month of August.
To get there he had to take a plane.
That was very exciting.

Antonio the American - Part I

For his first 4th of July Antonio decided to play the part and wear 'all American' gear. He prepared to watch the fireworks by wearing a matching 'red white and blue' outfit complete with a baseball cap and a marine hair cut (under the baseball cap). He was caught here with a seriously patriotic facial expression.

Playdate

Antonio and Brian had a playdate! Brian was also born in January. (although, unlike other people, he was supposed to be born in January). Brian played with Antonio's toys, they looked at each other and briefly held hands. They both agreed that Whoozit is not nearly as interactive as another baby...
